Proactive Maintenance & Your Safety
A higher standard of aircraft care.
At Redline Aviation, we believe the most important part of every flight happens before the aircraft ever leaves the ground. Maintenance is the foundation of safety, and our entire operating philosophy is built around proactive, compliant, and transparent aircraft care.
Independent third-party maintenance oversight
Our aircraft are managed by Lane Aviation LLC, which contracts with 3 independent maintenance facilities:
• Central Flying Service – Little Rock, Arkansas
• Pro Aviation – Fort Worth, Texas and Haven Aero-Amarillo Texas
Central Flying Service dispatches factory-trained Cessna and Beechcraft technicians weekly to perform manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance procedures. This ensures continuous airworthiness and strict adherence to FAA regulations.
Phase inspection programs — not basic annuals
Our fleet is maintained under FAA-approved phase inspection programs:
• Jets: Phase 1–5 inspections every 300 hours or 24 months
• King Air aircraft: Phase 1–4 inspections with additional landing gear and propeller compliance intervals
This system ensures aircraft are inspected continuously throughout the year rather than relying on a single annual inspection.
Maintenance tracking & accountability
We utilize three independent maintenance software tracking systems (Cescom/Sierra Tracks and Traxall) to monitor all inspections, life-limited components, and compliance items. Monthly flight hours are submitted by maintenance providers, and automated due lists are generated to ensure inspections are completed on time — every time.
By intentionally outsourcing maintenance, we remove conflicts of interest common with in-house maintenance models.
Engine care beyond industry norms
Every quarter, Go Big Turbines LLC conducts comprehensive engine evaluations, including:
• Borescope inspections
• Oil sampling & analysis
• Engine power runs
• Compressor washes
This proactive engine care enhances safety, improves reliability, and protects long-term engine value.
Predictable engine maintenance budgeting
At acquisition, engine status is evaluated for remaining hours to overhaul and hot-section inspections. A structured reserve program is established so fractional owners contribute predictable monthly amounts — eliminating surprise expenses while protecting asset value.
Why proactive maintenance protects your investment
Fractional ownership only works when aircraft care is disciplined, transparent, and proactive.
At Redline Aviation:
• Safety risks are minimized through continuous inspections
• Aircraft downtime is reduced through early issue detection
• Engine life is preserved through frequent inspections
• Owners avoid surprise maintenance costs through structured reserves
This philosophy results in higher dispatch reliability, better resale value, and peace of mind for every fractional owner.
