HOW IT WORKS

Each aircraft is divided into four ownership shares based on 300 flight hours per year.

   •    Our attorney forms an LLC that owns the aircraft.

   •    You put 20% down and finance the rest with the bank of your choice on a 10-year note (or pay cash).

   •    You are a real equity owner in the aircraft.

   •    Our CPA issues a K-1 each year so you can capture depreciation, including 100% bonus depreciation if purchased before year-end.

The entire operation from flight and pilot scheduling, monthly billing, and aircraft maintenance, is managed by our recommended manager,  Lane Aviation Management LLC:

   •    Professional, vetted, on-staff pilots (3000+ hr pilots)

   •    Hangaring and aircraft management

   •    Scheduling and dispatching through their app

   •    Your vehicle is pulled out, waiting in the hangar with AC or heat running when you return
